True. I've been away from Arashi for so long. Someone made a comment about snarky!Nino and I was made aware that he was my OneTrueJELove。I missed him terribly. While I do love my SM-ers and YG-ers and JYPs, Nino (そして嵐) is still irreplaceable. : )
So Nino, my OneTrueJELove, please go flourish in your endeavors. I will still watch you~ : )
嵐今まで私の心に大切よ。忘られないよ。:)
Nino looks wonderful lately now, doesn't he?
Thank god you cut your hair. XD
I'm so happy! Congratulations to both Arashi and TVXQ for topping the Oricon Charts ! AAAAH I'm so happy!! Good work minna!
Arashi conquered the album charts with their Dream "A" Live, while TVXQ topped the singles charts with Beautiful You.
AAAAH I am so happy!!!!! Congratulations! You all deserve it! : D
With the Rising Gods of the East coming with a Storm. HAHAHA.
Following Jen-san's post, I clicked the link and tried to read the page. I was ecstatic to know that i found FOUR of my favorite artists in the article (although I can't understand it, or even read it all):
Ayaka (11)
Utada Hikaru (16)
Angela Aki (21)
Tohoshinki (DBSK/TVXQ) (15)
Arashi (26)
If the numbers beside their names are their ranking, then TVXQ's doing really well. and Ayaka too! Eleven! :D

If what Jen-san has reported is correct, that Arashi will be in this year's Kouhaku Utagassen...
Oh my god.
I can finally watch them! IN MY OWN TV SCREEN!!! In Kouhaku Utagassen nonetheless! I watched it a few years back, distinctly remembering looking at Ayumi Hamasaki performing in a very colorful set as the firecrackers outside our house all went BOOM hahaha.
I can't believe it. Arashi, in Kouhaku Utagassen. WHICH IS, by the way, to be hosted by Masahiro Nakai and some guy named Tsurube Shofukutei. Both hosts are male this time. : O It would've been nice if it was Nakai and Nakama Yukie again. : D
...what if a Nakai-Ohno battle ensues in the Kouhaku stage? XD XD
I was also surprised to know that Gary Valenciano and the group Smoky Mountain has guested in Kouhaku, both in the early 90s. hmm. At least some artists from our country have guested on the show. : D
I hope in the future some artists from our generation get to guest in the Kouhaku Utagassen. :D
Courtesy of Rion-san! :D
HOMG, that was really funny, Aiba's attempt at making Ohno stop crying! Aibachan wins!!! XD XD XD Toma will be pleased! XD
Aiba-chan's growing on me. XD
Oh, I'd like to share a picture with all of you that you might find funny. My friend and I found this when we were on our way home.
XDXD.
Okay, since Mishie-chan now has her TIME CD, I can listen to my own TIME tracks as well. ^^ Of course, Niji was wonderful and such, listened to many of the songs in the album already (but since my library is always on shuffle,I'm not that good in remembering song names.) but not all of them yet.
Funny thing was after listening to Ohno Satoshi's Song for Me, moments after I saw that the song I was already listening to was DBSK's Song for You.
Alright, it's not that funny, but i found it amusing. And hwow, Tohoshinki's members' voices are really higher (and not squeaky-high like Jun sometimes) compared to Arashi. I've heard of them from a friend of mine two years ago; but back then they were still concentrating in Korea. Jejun looks like a mix of Kame and Jin; Yu Chun and Yun Ho both remind me of Nino. lol. Not that sure about their line-up or how they look like now, seeing that my reference is a magazine two years old. ^^
Strangely Ayumi Hamasaki's songs all sound alike. : O.
I watched the Happiness video (thank you very much BahayKubo for the post! XD Or else I wouldn't have watched it XD.), and it was so cute. SO full of Ohmiya hahahaha.
Is it me or is Jun looking so hot lately? XD
Aiba was really cute too. So genki and his flapping tummy XD XD
Sho-kun channeled Mimura-kun, although seeing him in pink was pretty strange.
Ohno and Nino = funny. XD

Meanwhile, I am totally channeling Han Yoo Ju. leaving before you're the one left behind, ne. something akin to that. But I am somewhat thoroughly pissed. or frustrated. or both. HAN YOO JU!!!
Okay. Just this morning i was able to get my hands on my very first Hyper Visual Magazine for Girls, a.k.a. WINK-UP. My god. That subtitle really made me laugh so hard. And sort of embarassed. Like...blushing embarassed. There's another funny one, too, something like the Super Idol Magazine or something. I think that was either Duet or Myojo. I feel embarassed since coming from the JRock fandom, i'm not used to such...*cough* cheesy lines, ne.
All of them had KinKi Kids on their cover because it's their TENTH anniversary! Omedetou KinKi Kids! I really like your BRAND NEW SONG :D Hopefully when Arashi reaches their TENTH anniversary I'll be in Japan...=.=.
So, anyway, comments from a first-timer:
Wow. Johnny really knows his marketing stuff. Aside from getting a slew of Japan's hottest men, he really has the ability to make money out of them. 95% of those magazines involve Johnny's talents, so if you're interested in one (say Arashi), you buy the mag because Arashi is in it, and in turn it exposes you to more groups. SO when you buy it, you get Arashi stuff, and then you get to see KAT-TUN stuff, and you'll get intrigued, you get interested, then start obssessing over both Arashi and KAT-TUN, and then it goes on and on and on. ALSO, his pictures are exclusive, right? So you really have to buy his magazine.
And with it being full of Johnnies. My god. I have never seen so many Johnnys in my life.
The mag even includes the juniors! Like, kids! ages 9 and up! I really couldn't believe it. I think my brother was starting to think i have a shotacomplex hahahaha. Johnny, you rob children of their childhood hahahaha!
I like NEWS's special pics in Wink-Up, though. ^^ and ARASHI! man! ARASHI needs more pictures! XD
I've only browsed through Wink-Up. ^^ I still have Potato and a couple more to go. And my god. I think i got too excited, i bought HanaYume because it had Toma and Shun and Maki as the cover. =.=
Wow. Okay, so i was venturing off towards unknown corners of vox when i realized that hey, how come there are so many vox's pertaining to japanese artists? I've seen so many vox blogs on Arashi (like Arashi.vox, Arashiaroundasia.vox, Huxley's vox, probably this vox as well, Mishie-chna's vox, a lot more vox blogs)... and then there's the Johnny Jimusho vox, the YaYaYah vox, and a whole lot.
It seems that Vox is the place for J-Pop ne XD
ANYWAY
YAYAYAH really grew up. I mean REALLY. a few days ago i was looking at a poster of YaYaYah inserted in my Ribon 2005 (lol, i'm so old yet i still read Ribon XD), and I had decided that Yaotome Hikaru will be the next Ohno Satoshi of Johnny, and then Yamashita Shoon will be the next Matsumoto Jun.
even though Hikaru two years ago looks NOTHING like Ohno (riida!) and...well, Shoon had a resemblance with Jun.
Yayayah 2 years ago: (shoon the one with a blue jacket, hikaru the one with the brown jacket sitting on the top of the ladder)
This is now them:
I was so surprised! They looked so different from how they were two years ago! and Yabu! Was it Yabu who just grew so tall and (so thin) and looked like...i'm sorry to say this, but a girl?! because they all look so different now I have a hard time distinguishing who's who.
I was really really surprised. And i think I was wrong in comparing them with beloved Arashi's Ohno Satoshi & MatsuJun -- seeing them now, I think they give off more of a KAT-TUN or a NEWS feeling. Maybe because they're all so tall and have sleek hair (lol, no kurukuru perm or half-spiky ohno hair). And one of them has Kame's voice; they need people with lower voices.
I guess you need cute (i'm sorry nino, ohno) not that tall people to make the next Arashi.
XD XD Nino-kun i love you. XD XD
